How to configure User settings option in blogger?
1. Open blogger.com in your browser.
2. Enter your Email and Password.
3. Click on the Setting.

General
User Profile - By default, your blog is connected to Blogger profile. If you want to change your profile you can select Google+ under General and click on Save settings.

How to show your profile on your blog?
1. Choose where you want to show your profile on the page?
2. Click Add a Gadget.
3. Save

Use Blogger Draft - If you will choose "YES" option, your Blogger Server will move to Beta Server and URL of Blogger will change from https://blogger.com into https://draft.blogger.com. You can check it to Sign Out and again Sign In to your Blogger.
what will happen? If you will use the Google+ profile.
- After switching Google+ profile, it will affect all your blogs.
- You have 30 days to revert your blogger profile.
- Your blogger profile will be deleted after 30 days thereafter you have to create a new blogger profile.
- Your blogger profile information will not show in Google+ profile.
- Google+ profile is public but you can set it.
- Name of your blog will change according to your Google+ profile.
